2021-23 Contract Ratified by Spokane County Members!
Thank you for voting on the Tentative Agreement (TA) with Spokane County on your contract for 2021-2023. After tallying the votes, the contract has been ratified by members!
You can find the full agreement HERE. Highlights of the contract include:
- 2.58% Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) for 2022, a 2.0% COLA for 2023, and a COLA-equivalent lump sum for both years for any Y-rated employee
- 2-step jump for all PROTEC17 members on January 1, 2022
- $500 signing bonus
- MLK Jr. Day and Juneteenth in exchange for 1 personal day
- Raise in standby pay to $4.25/hr
