PROTEC17 members at Portland Street Response reached an agreement to supplement their PROTEC17 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) that addresses the unique needs of their role as first responders. In addition, four classifications including Peer Support Specialist, Community Health Worker, and Mental Health Crisis Responder I & II moved onto steps and are eligible for overtime, consistent with other Portland members.
