As an organization, PROTEC17 is continuing to monitor the emergent information about COVID-19 and we will work diligently to ensure the health and safety of our members and staff. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the in-person REC meeting, and, instead, have changed the format to be a videoconference meeting via Zoom.
We are still planning on having the REC meeting on Sat., March 14th, but it will now move to be held ONLINE only. Please register in advance to let us know you’ll be attending the meeting via videoconference:
To be eligible to vote during the meeting, you must register to be a participant. After registering, you’ll receive an email confirmation with information on how to join the online meeting. Please complete this process ahead of time to ensure you’re verified to attend, and will be participating on Saturday, March 14th.
All travel arrangements have been cancelled for this REC meeting. If you made any of your own reservations, please cancel them as soon as possible to avoid any charges. If you have non-refundable expenses, contact Anthony Davidson (contact info above) regarding reimbursement.
