DESCRIPTION:This Labor Day\, we’ll be joining our union siblings from MLK Labor Council to celebrate our tremendous movement and to stand up against anti-worker attacks by billionaires and corporations! We’ll get together on Mon.\, Sept. 1 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Cascade Playground (333 Pontius Ave N) for a family-friendly event with food\, drinks\, and activities for all ages. There will also be an option to march one block over to the Seattle office of Palantir\, a company owned by billionaire Peter Thiel\, which profits on providing surveillance data on immigrant workers to the U.S. government’s growing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.
